Message: To all my fellow Caro-Kann players out there (anyone?) - when faced with the Fantasy Variation, after 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.f3, do you like to immediately exchange on e4, or do you prefer the calmer declining lines? The books seem to say take, but I find that this allows White a massive attack.
